STRENGTH
A) Power Clean & Jerk - Work to heavy single. (stopped at 195#)
B) Deadlift - 5x1 @ 95% training max (CAT) (stopped at 225#)

CONDITION
A) As many rounds as possible in 4mins (I completed 2 sets)
- 5 Hang Power Snatch 95#
- 10 Burpees over Barbell
Rest 2mins
B) As many rounds as possible in 4mins (I completed 1 set - SCREW PULL-UPS!!!)
- 10 Power Cleans 95#
- 20 Pull Ups
Rest 2mins
C) As many rounds as possible in 4mins (I almost completed 2 sets)
- 15 Box Jumps
- 30 Kettle Bells 26#

Warmup run to CrossFit. Felt strong and definitely had a lot of energy once my body warmed up a bit.

Strength (CrossFit) 1:15 [5]

STRENGTH
A) Muscle Snatch - 15mins to work to something heavy.
B) Hang Squat Snatch - 15mins to work to heavy single, then 2 sets at this top weight.

CONDITIONING
30mins, switching to each workout each minute.
1) 10 strict chin-to-bar pull ups.
2) 20 alternating reverse lunges with 45# bar on back.
3) 10 burpees + 20 jump ropes.

Ran with my girl for this one. It was cold and I just completed a million squats at CrossFit the day before, so the run was slow and painful. I never really warmed up, and I think part of the blame might be hypoglycemia from carbo-backloading.

Tough workout today. We did LOTS of squats with a lot of weight and I am paying for dearly now. Stairs are a major pain! LOL
