WR at GL through Brooklea. TONS of hills!! and 20/10 p/u's. What a work out, but I felt good did it all at my own pace. Maybe the diff was the stronger girls weren't there. Or maybe last week paid off.

Kimberly and Kim at GL through Brooklea. The first hour was fine a bit quick at their pace but I kept up. The second hour was tougher, my legs were tired. I lagged behind a bit but kept going. Felt fine other than being tired...my right ankle and calf were a bit sore but fine.
