Was too dark to see much so made up a little sprint map memory thing, only looking at the map where there was light around the waterfront. Actually good to do!

So nice to go out! Haven't been mt biking in so long I kept on almost falling down the bank on one side oops But need to go back to explore more!

Run down to the waterfront and did the powerade run around the waterfront.

4x 4 min uphill tried to concentrate on the the downhills as well. Got dark quickly so couldn't go for longer, probably should go for runs at a different time of day. Also think I need to do some serious rolling - ITB wasn't hurting but could just sense something was there!
