Cycling (Exercise Bike) 30:00 [3] 12.8 mi (25.6 mph)

West Roxbury, MA; Interval workout on the recumbent bike, Intensity Level 4 with 1:00 Intensity Level 6 intervals every 4:00 starting at 4:00 (6 total intervals), felt pretty good for not having exercised in a few weeks due mostly to the pain I've had below my left knee cap/top of tibia, will try and commit to working out this week on the bike and maybe see about doing a 3-mile run next week...
