West Roxbury, MA; Steady-state ride on the recumbent bike, Intensity Level 4, nice low intensity workout, although I first felt it first after my last run (8 miles), I have an increasing amount of pain just below my left knee following yesterday's 9-miler, which particularly hurts when I walk down the stairs...will keep an eye on it over the next week, limiting my running as needed
