West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Centre St. loop, a nice finishing run to another solid week of running, felt good, took it at long run pace (at least in the beginning), rainy and overcast though, really happy to be running again; up next, two very well deserved (though unavoidable) days off

West Roxbury, MA; West Rox 8-mile loop, long slow distance, didn't feel all that great for the first couple miles, but started to feel better after that, exceptionally humid, overcast; realized that my crotch area was nice and creamy looking thanks to the abundance of sweat and Body Glide...pretty gross...decided to stretch inside
