DAY 12/195

Stowe, VT; Nice run on the Stowe Bike Path starting in town at the main lot, ran about half the run on the quiet path which I'm not sure why I've never run on because it's so nice, lots of people out walking off Thanksgiving, sunny, mild

DAY 10/195

Stowe, VT; Nice easy out-and-back on the Stowe Bike Path from the Luce Hill lot, very cold for the first few minutes (probably should've worn gloves), but just happy to get out there on turkey day, windy, cold, partly sunny, was a little icy up near Topnotch, but other than that nice and dry

Splits: 8:56, 8:48, 8:39, 8:18
VDOT: 35.7 (Level 1)

DAY 8/195

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Baker St. loop, nice cool crisp clear morning, have a pain on the left bottom side of my left heel which I started to feel the day after my long run at Blue Hills, so will just keep an eye on it...and as planned, can always bike if needed...looking forward to getting a couple runs in up in Vermont though

DAY 6/195

Milton, MA; Forest Path loop (white triangle) at Blue Hills, fucking awesome run, so so happy to be out on the trails even with the overcast and wet weather, not another person out there, in some weird way happy that the run took an hour just to know that I was out there on my feet that long, great rolling loop, looking forward to doing that several more times this fall and hopefully into winter

Splits: 9:53, 10:01, 9:25, 10:37, 10:03, 9:02
VDOT: 31.5 (Level 1)
