shoes: Mizuno Wave Creation 17

DAY 33/195

West Roxbury, MA; Car wouldn't start this morning (!!!), so instead of going through the rigamarole of jumping it (and potentially risking that it wouldn't start after a run at Blue Hills), just decided to run the ol' VFW/Centre St. loop, wore the Wave Creations today which actually felt fine the whole run, with the exception of one little stinging pain in my left heel (as is a common problem with these shoes...) around mile 5, beautiful sunny cold morning

Splits: 8:53, 8:43, 8:49, 8:47, 8:46, 8:34
VDOT: 36.2 (Level 1)

DAY 31/195

West Roxbury, MA; Reverse VFW/Lagrange loop, another cold morning, again had some pain in my right foot...the pain was pretty acute and directly under the arch of my foot, although around 1 mile the pain almost entirely went away, am really hoping that some new shoes help to alleviate whatever is causing the pain, other than that though a great run

Splits: 8:41, 8:11, 8:02, 7:59
VDOT: 38.0 (Level 1)
