(injured) shoes: Brooks Levitate (Silver)

DAY 61/195

West Roxbury, MA; Neighborhood loop, love the new Brooks Levitates I just got, definitely a good first impression, still having pain on the bottom right-hand side of my right foot following my ankle/foot roll last week, so will definitely need to keep an eye on it, the pain however does not get worse as the run goes on which, presumably, is a good sign, windy, sunny, and cool

Splits: 8:34, 7:55, 7:43

DAY 59/195

West Roxbury, MA; Another conditions related easy paced run, warm morning though, felt good, overcast, hopefully with the rest day tomorrow my foot will get neared to being completely healed...no pain on top of foot in that tendon anymore, only pain on the bottom right hand side of my foot

Splits: 9:10, 8:39, 8:50, 9:16

DAY 58/195

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Lagrange loop, felt good, though was forced to take it super easy like yesterday given all of the snowed-in curb cuts as mentioned yesterday, pretty pathetic most people are so awful at clearing them...nice morning though, cold and clear

Splits: 9:42, 8:39, 9:17, 9:50

DAY 57/195 [Marathon Training Day 1]

West Roxbury, MA; Neighborhood loop, first run since rolling my foot/ankle last week, will leave the 'Injured' notation just since it's not 100% yet, but the run, which I took extremely easy (on top of already having to with all of the snowed-in curb cuts and sidewalks), felt great, though need to be particularly careful on lefthand turns, "warm" morning, mostly cloudy

Splits: 9:46, 9:55, 10:39
