Milton, MA; Forest Path Loop at Blue Hills, although most of the snow had in fact melted, numerous locations of both standing and runoff water across the trail which I wasn't really anticipating, that paired with the frozen rocky ground made for a less than desirable run out in the woods, also had a few right footstrikes that really exacerbated the pain I'm still having on the bottom righthand side of my food (thought I was going to have to abort the run after the first one...), in retrospect should've just run on the roads today...may take Tuesday AND Wednesday off on top of Monday just to really give my right foot some extended rest in hopes in heals up, with that said, the pain was pretty muted on flat portions which is good, may want to wait until I'm fully healed before hitting the Blue Hills again, sunny and cold
