DAY 75/195

West Roxbury, MA; West Rox 8-mile loop, haven't run that in a long time, was happy to run 8 miles again, felt pretty good in the beginning, but the legs especially got pretty sluggish around 5-6 miles, absolutely awesome sunny mild/warm morning though (supposed to get up to 50 today!)

DAY 72/195

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Centre St. short loop, felt good, took it easy, though the legs were a hair sore just due to the fact that I took all of last week off and I've now run 16 miles in 4 days, nice morning, a little icy, but the sun today should dry everything up for tomorrow

DAY 71/195

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Lagrange loop, LOVE the Levitates...super light for the amount of cushioning they have, will probably want to get another pair so I can rotate them given that I'm just in the beginning of formal marathon training, have certainly promoted them up to race-shoe status, awesome, felt good to boot, bottom of right foot still has some lingering pain, but nothing that leads to any sort of compensation of form or pace, overcast, drizzly, but mild

Splits: 8:39, 8:21, 8:07, 7:56

DAY 69/195

West Roxbury, MA; Back in business, foot felt fine, although in general felt like shit since I drank too much last night and didn't get the best sleep...not to mention I also burned a pot of pasta last night so I had to deal with the smoke in the apartment (and therefore with Aminah when she got home from work)...beautiful morning though, sunny and mild

Splits: 9:13, 9:08, 9:19, 9:22, 9:28, 9:20, 9:20
