DAY 80/195

West Roxbury, MA; Neighborhood 4-miler again, really a perfect run when the sidewalks are a little treacherous since I can mostly run right in the street, felt good, pushed it a bit, right foot felt better today in the Wave Creations...am thinking maybe the Gaviotas are getting to the end of their useful life...overcast, but warmer/mild

DAY 79/195

West Roxbury, MA; Neighborhood loop, everything felt good except for this nagging in the bottom of my right foot...am debating taking tomorrow off on top of my regularly scheduled rest day Friday just to give it an extra 24 hours...annoyed, nice crisp clear winter morning though, was icy on the sidewalks when I had to run on them, but good to slow down the pace

Splits: 8:46, 8:15, 8:55
VDOT: 35.2 (Level 1)

DAY 78/195

West Roxbury, MA; Due to the couple of inches of fluffy snow we got decided to do my 4 miles in the neighborhood (partially in the event anything bad happened...), cold and snowy, nice to run in some fluffy snow though, kept mostly to the sidewalks which actually were much safer traction-wise than the streets, felt good although am currently monitoring some discomfort on the bottom of my right foot (undoubtedly from the ankle roll a few weeks ago)

Splits: 9:29, 9:21, 9:36, 9:16
VDOT: 32.3 (Level 1)
