Calais, VT; Same [awesome] run as last Saturday, ran up Worcester Rd. from the Curtis Pond recreation area, then up the Ridge Trail until I hit 2 miles, definitely did a bit less walking than last time, though still needed to on the way out/up a few times, nice solid run, had to run probably .1 miles further than last time to hit 2 miles though, probably just some wonky GPS data from being in the woods, beautiful and sunny

Splits: 10:05, 11:11, 10:36, 8:13

Calais, VT; Sand Hill out-and-back, felt far from as good as I should after a rest day following a poor nutrition day (well, 2 poor nutrition days), felt heavy and sluggish with my lungs feeling the same, beautiful summer morning though so can't complain too much

Calais, VT; Balentine out-and-back, felt pretty good today, walking was relegated to only the steeper sections of the run, another gorgeous sunny morning, even though I've been saying this for the past several days I actually am going to take a rest day tomorrow...I promise

Calais, VT; I know I know, I need a rest day, but Monday's just aren't the same without one, decided to climb up Sand Hill again, although I obviously plan on getting to the point where I'm not doing any walking, it's kind of nice to break up the steep hills and to work some different muscles in the process, beautiful foggy/sunny morning

Calais, VT; Was going to take a rest day but having had those 2 beers yesterday you know, I better get out there...warm mid-morning run (and needing a deserved rest day), decided to take another stab at the the Batten Rd. loop following last time's deer fly gauntlet...well, it's still a deer fly gauntlet so will put that loop on the backburner until at least late summer, felt ok, pushed it on Batten (once I walked to the top of the hill at the beginning) due to the deer flies so I guess they're not all that bad

Splits: 9:44, 9:07

Danville, VT; Out-and-back toward St. Johnsbury on the LVRT from Danville, kind of boring on the way out with the pretty consistent downhill (you could almost coast all the way to where we turned around), but nice to check it out, will definitely be back to do some more riding here either with Aminah or just myself, sunny and warm
