Calais, VT; Walk/Run workout on the treadmill, going to try and see if I can consistently put in an hour per day on the treadmill (and on the roads in the spring), felt good, took it nice and easy, alternated 10:00 walking @ 4.0 mph with 10:00 running @ 5.0 mph, increased the incline 1% every 20:00
