shoes: Hoka One One Bondi 6

Calais, VT; Same workout as the previous 2, felt good, though got a late start due to the snow storm and having to do some shoveling and snowblowing, felt good, will look to begin mixing it up a bit next week as I attempt to get back into consistent running (at the very least)...though will need to work on the eating and drinking part too

Running (Treadmill) 30:00 [3] 2.49 mi (12:03 / mi) +131ft 11:29 / mi
shoes: Hoka One One Bondi 6

Calais, VT; Slow and steady run on the treadmill, felt pretty good (though again, slow and steady...), have really not been in a good place heath-wise with all of the beer drinking and unhealthy eating due in part to the amount of work on my plate, kind of decided today that enough is enough at some point...you can either be stressed and blow off steam by drinking and overeating, or you can be stressed and blow off steam with exercise and keeping everything on an even keel, just need to realign things a bit these next few weeks going into my 35th year!
