Snowshoeing 1:24:43 intensity: (3 @1) + (1:23:17 @2) + (1:23 @3) 3.53 mi (24:00 / mi) +470ft 21:19 / mi
ahr:123 max:149

Calais, VT; Nice cold (around 0ยบ) snowshoe on the Ridge Trail, due to the cold never really got piping hot even with all of my layers, but a beautifully sunny morning to be out in the woods, was debating on doing 4 miles, but realized that the whole point of not doing Helicon work was to get a bunch of Memorial Hall work done...

Running (Treadmill) 30:00 [3] 2.6 mi (11:32 / mi) +137ft 10:59 / mi
shoes: Hoka One One Bondi 6

Calais, VT; Same run as yesterday on the treadmill, slow and steady, felt good, debated doing 45:00, but wasn't feeling it from a 'treadmill runs are boring' point of view, planning on doing a big snowshoe tomorrow!

Calais, VT; Nice simple steady-state run on the treadmill, 1% incline, 5.2mph, the iPad and YouTube combo is a life saver out there, felt good

shoes: Hoka One One Bondi 6

Calais, VT; Steady-state run on the treadmill, increased the pace to 5.1mph, but since that's not really much of an increase above 5.0mph, kicked it up to 5.2mph at 10:00 and will do my runs at that pace this week, felt good, though nice and easy

Calais, VT; Decided to check out the ol' ankle busting Ridge Trail...and it did not disappoint, absolutely beautiful out there, had to make my own trail from the trailhead at Worcester Rd. just for a little less than a 1/2 mile, but fortunately people had been out beyond that (probably parking or starting on Robinson Hill Rd.), so happy I got out there, stopped and took a few pictures on the way back in an attempt to lure Aminah out there...sunny and cold
