Calais, VT; Similar to my wanting to do a 5000m row, ended up just sticking with the usual instead of doing an hour, 5:00 WALK / 5:00 RUN repeats, 4X 6.6mph RUN intervals and 1X 7.0mph interval with last 1:00 @ 8.0mph, felt the heat and the late start, just happy to get through that one
