out all afternoon and evening, was planning on easy aquajogging or cycling or something but by the time I got home I didn't really have time to go to the pool or gym, so decided to risk an easy run, running twice in a day might not have been the best idea, foot a bit more painful after running and the following morning than it has been but minimal running tomorrow will hopefully settle it down

Not a very long session because of the foot but still good. Wanted to run it on track but opted for grass due to foot, so using garmin for distance. Started out slow for the first minute of first rep, maybe wasn't really warmed up properly, but felt good for the rest.
