Ideally I wouldn't bother starting to train for a few more weeks but I'm running JEC in just over 2 weeks and I don't want to be completely useless. Priority is still getting rid of the PF so going to stick with running every other day and now add cross training in. Not going to be training properly but hopefully I can regain a bit of fitness.
Sunday morning foot was usual post-run feeling. Running all of the long race probably wasn't a good idea but I was enjoying it so much. After the race it was really sore so didn't manage much of a warm down. Settled down after a while and back to normal today.
