SHI relay, leg 3, Eng team 3
Eng teams 1 and 2 were looking good and I started a very long way down but anything can happen in relays so I went for it anyway, running by myself the whole time. Easy nav, people still making mistakes but it suited me, kept in control the whole way, just a few hesitations, otherwise great and running quite well. Pleased to pull us up to 5th (behind 2 eng and scot).

SHI individual
Shoe fell completely apart just after 7 with completely no warning so ran the rest with one shoe which was a nightmare, for the rest on the moor my foot was slipping so much or sinking into the peat so was a struggle to get anywhere and even stay on my feet, then the last few controls were lots of path running or through forest which was painful for the shoeless foot. So I think I probably lost a good 10 minutes or so from the lack of shoe. Very pissed off, shoes had only done about 360km which is rubbish. Otherwise a fairly average run, mistake to 1, it just looked completely different to what I was expecting, small mistake on 5 near the control, then was too high for 9. Also I am not fit in terrain.
