About 22km, 250m climb. Chilled big group ride with long ice cream stop in the middle, made tricky by very very strong winds but we survived (forgot to start garmin on way back)
Not quite the warm weather training I planned on but a 50m pool in the sun is a big improvement from the pool in durham! Warm up 10 x 2 min (45s) Warm down
