Southland Conference Indoor Championships 5000m, 11th
Disappointed with this and was expecting to run a lot faster and be much higher up, legs not feeling great and don't know why which is frustrating. 28 people in the race meant the first few laps were carnage, I probably didn't race it that well but a good learning experience of racing indoors.

Supposed to be normal pre-meet session, but legs feeling absolutely rubbish right from the start and struggling to stick to the pace. Coach stopped me after the second rep because big race this weekend. Very frustrating, don't know why I felt so bad.
