Track workout on my way to meet KT 4x800 @ 2:44 4x400 @ 1:18 Legs were more rested than last time but a bit stiff and tight so not as light and fast as last time. Good recovery between repeats but couldn't push much more. Shin was tight as well but didn't experience any pain. Finished right as the XC team started their workout.
Stopped the watch instead of lap at the start of my first repeat.
