Sandy Ridge Ride
Nice weather but a bit of a HW on the way back.
Came across a guy who crashed his motorcycle into a ditch on my way back. Good thing I saw him because he said a few cars had already drove right by him and his leg was broken. I barely saw him. Waited there for 90 min for his family to come get him. He didn't want to call an ambulance and I don't blame him but it meant a lot of waiting. A few of the local folks came and went to help out some as well. The wait would have been pleasant if we had just had some shade.

Setting controls for the O-meet. Also carried around an electric hedge trimmer to clear some of the trail entrances from the field.

Orienteering 30:00 [0] 1.56 mi (19:14 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2000 3

Took Nut out to find some "Trolls." Was only planning on getting 3 or 4 because it was late but she was into it so we kept going. Should have used watch. She was using the map after I oriented it for her. She also was running most of the time. I carried her through some of the bad areas as she wasn't wearing the right shoes.
