3.2 for 32 Girls slept in a little which meant we had to rush a bit. I also woke up sore all over. Didn't sleep great with some bad dreams also. I considered not bothering to run and just walk with the girls but loosened up and started to feel better as I got moving. I showed up at the start about 10 seconds before the moment of silence. Perfect timing.
Didn't push too much but tried to run hard. Had to slow a bit on the final mile. A little faster than last year. Think more speed work and a bit more stadiums would improve my speed a bit more making me happy with where I would be at. Still need more strength and endurance in my bike legs too.
Girls showed up at the start just as the strollers left too.

Kept going after I went through the banner. Caught up to the girls who were at the front of the stroller group.

Walk/run with the girls. A bit more crowded being at the front of the stroller group made it harder to run when the girls wanted to run but we found our spots. E was more interested in running this year but struggles to keep up with Nut. I ran/pushed them in the stroller a bit too.
Nut wanted to keep running after we finished. She told me her favorite sport is running <3 and her second favorite is riding her bike. I told her mine too!
Weather was perfect. 69 and sunny. Rain clouds rolled in just as we finished.
