Commuting 1:00:38 intensity: (3:40 @0) + (7:59 @1) + (19:02 @2) + (29:57 @3) 17.1 mi (16.9 mph) +700ft

Seemed slow again. My HR is down so I am not putting out quite the same effort. Hopefully as it gets warmer I'll get back into a groove. Think I am having trouble getting moving in the morning.
5 PM

Commuting 1:03:48 intensity: (7:50 @0) + (19:15 @1) + (29:32 @2) + (7:11 @3) 16.2 mi (15.2 mph) +900ft

This was not a great ride home. The rain that was supposed to come tonight came a good 4 hours early which meant I rode home in the rain and dark. Not the greatest combination. The temperature was also 15 degrees lower than I was expecting but I had the right gear for my ride in this morning.

I altered my route slightly to make for a better commute. Several sections of the bike trails were flooded and I got water sprayed on me from a passing car once.

I did not push the pace, as you can see by my low heart rate. This was not a workout but more survival. My heart rate was probably even a little elevated from my stress level.

I made it home ok and reasonably fast. The alternate route was actually a mile shorter. If anything good came of this I may look back in to using this shorter route on a more regular basis.

Ride to work. Lots of lights. Slow.

Temp was about 60 but with the wind my arms were a little cold without arm warmers.
5 PM

Commuting 59:10 intensity: (3 @0) + (2:28 @1) + (8:52 @2) + (42:57 @3) + (4:50 @4) 17.1 mi (17.3 mph) +950ft

Ride home. Windy (~15-20mph). Lights were very friendly. I was working hard to keep moving. Legs seem out of shape or just dead.
