Buffalo Mtn w/Zitch/Nut/E. 65# pack. Skip got left at home and mommy wasn't there either. Daddy got to carry both of them to the top and back. E dropped a shoe at the bottom, glad we didn't turn around for it on the way up. Only my second time up here. Nut enjoyed it and was very interested.

Quite chilly but everyone bundled up.

Family hike on the new loop using the trail we just cleared. Dogs on leash. Skip was so excited that I am not sure the leash had the effect I was hoping it would.

Took Skip to the Vet. She figured since rest hadn't been helping xrays (hip and knee) and better examination of the knee would help so we went ahead. Didn't find anything major so 3 weeks of nothing for Skip :-( Everyone is very sad.
