First run back.
Started out real slow but picked the pace up a bit in the middle. Heart rate was high considering the slow pace. Was doing this loop 4 min faster over the last 2 years.

Started getting some pain on the lower part of the back of my heel with about half a mile to go. Had to slow down significantly. Glad I was done.

Note

Pain in heel is Achilles strain. Haven't used Achilles in 8 weeks so it wasn't ready for this run despite the minimal training I was doing. Having trouble walking. Starting with some heat and stretching.
