Paddled upriver to a shoal I couldn't really paddle up and then paddled downriver to the overflow(?) pillar.
Water was nice. Low in a couple of spots near the islands upriver.
Felt pretty good.

Went to the Orthopedic.
He said he saw no signs of tearing on my Achilles likely just tendonitis. He said I could start doing activities as soon as I wasn't feeling any pain during them and just to slowly increase my activity level.
