Pandaplace w/Zitch/Skip
Same run as last Tuesday but no GPS error. Probably about 35F. Pace was decent but I was comfortable the whole way and only pushing a little on the two climbs. Legs felt rested. Creek water felt cold!

Had a pitstop (#2) along the neighbor's driveway.

Note

VT Ultra Fatass 50K was canceled.

Was planning to do a longish run anyway but decided to rest especially when Skip kept throwing up and couldn't keep down his breakfast. This was probably for the best. I think my legs were a little tired still and I was staying up late to do work so wouldn't have gotten much sleep.

Went to the trampoline park for a birthday party which is seemingly a decent workout.

Watch is starting to bug out. Has been turning itself off when I stop a workout but today turned itself off mid-ride and after restarting it couldn't start recording again and instead just turned off.

28F Dogs had ice on their chests I had ice on my hat.
Felt slow at the start but wasn't too bad. Quads didn't seem very strong. Pace was pretty good comparably to the past couple years. Usually have lots of water stops on this route in summer but none today.
