First run after Saturdays injury. I think it would have been okay to run already yesterday, but I thought that it is better to give it one more day (lazyness). Today I got a bit wild in the hill on some parts, as I was imagine myself running the 7th leg of 10mila so I ran 1km almost 5min/km, but the I slowed down again to the normal pace (6.30min/km). Felt quite good despite the numbness in my legs and pain in my shoulder.
