I wanted to finish the training before dark so I didn't have time to eat properly before the training. Not the first time when I do a trining without proper dining, but this time the consequences were much more severe. I barely made it home as it felt like I could pass out at any moment and during the last 3-5 kilometers the running was mainly just avoiding falling down.
