To make it a bit more difficult, I was talking in phone with Tapsa during the training. Last 1000m started to be a bit tough as I haven't been running hard a lot during this spring, but still quite okay feeling. I feel like running around 4min/km is not a problem and feels easy, but under that and around 3.30 I start to hit a wall. So probably reducing the training Kms and increasing the pace. Or at least keeping easy ones as really easy and then making hard ones clearly harder.

Nice new route to run along side the see. I would say it was very windy day so made it a bit tougher than it normally would have been. Overall, quite good going on easy week. Preparation for tough next week.
