running long 2:29:28 [2] 30.01 km (4:59 / km)
ahr:161 max:177

Nice long run. I was supposed to run 10kms with my friend, but he had knee problems so I went alone. The goal was to run 30km, but minimun 20km. I had some pain in stomach after 5km, but got over it. Next problem was running out of energy at 15km mark. Somehow the second half was still faster and the 20-25km was the fastest and easiest section. Last 2km then was just hell.

Sprint training at university. Still not good pace and lot of mistakes to cut off. Also still no 200+ heart rates, but hopefully next week.

running 26:55 [2] 6.0 km (4:29 / km)

Not the best legs and felt quite awful in legs, but apparently the pace was still good. The old hip pain came back, hopefully not to stay.

"sprint" training at university. Quite long one so felt even worse than sprint trainings normally. The goal is to push myself to limits and a bit over now before coming to Finland, so these sprint trainings are good for that.
