I was planning to do a long (half marathon) and easy run, but it got quite tough. I tried to keep the 5min/km average pace and as the legs weren't the best possible today, it got really difficult. It didn't feel that the heart rates were that high, I just felt tired. During the last 5km, I didn't see the heart rate dropping under 195, so it was quite steady towards the end. At least I got a good training on fighting against the exhaustion.
