"Easy" long in the hillier part of the city with forest tracks. I was totally out of energy after 65mins and after that my max heart rate alarm (180) was going off all the time. Uphills I had to walk anyway as the hr was hitting the 180 limit even by walking. The amount of walking increased towards the end and the last 1-2km I think the alarm was ringing constantly as I couldn't do jogging even with 5.30min/km under 180hr.

Note

Started a new training season now. The winter will be really running focused (maybe even more than last year) and only little orienteering as there is no possibilities for that in Düsseldorf. Thus I also thought setting a goal for running seems fitting. So the goals for 2018 are a sub 1h30min half marathon and A-final in the Finnish Champs Sprint (old enemy number 1). Of course I am aiming to be fit for 10mila as well!! My first try for the sub 1h30min half marathon is set to be on 25th of February if/when I will stay in Germany for the Spring.
