Running distance 6.41km.

Not so nice terrain, but one simply cannot complain when is given a chance to do orienteering after one month break! I think the nettles will burn for many days to come, but still worth it. The performance itself wasn't good in anyway, but was enough to get me the first win in the winter cup. Only by seconds instead of minutes, but the point system only counts the position so who cares. 4 out of 6 points count and I will miss two races in January due to traveling, so it is quite fair handicap for others. Already waiting for the next one on 25th of November. Double sprint...or at least the scale is 1:5000.

Really nice running with the lamp. Heart rates were much lower than on Sunday which is positive indication. Also no need for walking today. Main difference was the lack of hills, but also I felt like I had more energy to go.
