1min intervals + hills. Stefan came jogging while I was running the intervals and he joined me on a few of the intervals and in the short "hill-sprints". Nice with some company.

Tried to push but had nothing in my legs. Just couldn't run so stopped and jogged the rest. Believe its from the max strength yesterday.
