HANK SLEPT FOR 8 HOURS, PEOPLE!!

Other (Hills - Stair monster) 1:00:00 [4]

Used the stair climber since there are ZERO hills here.

Warm up on the rower (holy smokes, I love that machine!)

3x10minutes @Z3 w/ 5 minutes recovery between each 'hill'. I found this workout tough from yesterdays strength. Might have to change days or HTFU?
