Cool @ 5 min
Good times.

Strength Training 15:00 [3]

-Knees to bar
-Let downs (because my pull up is one big let down)
I just want one perfect strict and beautiful pull up. Currently: a gross, tiny jump which leads into a shake fest while using every ounce of my knees to get my chin up. It's progress, sadly.

orienteering (Icebreaker) 1:46:00 [3]

I considered a trail run instead because I almost felt too frazzled to start. Gave it a go today and I'm sure my face said it all off the start. I decided to stay up top after climbing the Chedoke stairs and make my way to 44 - except I didn't punch 44 (I was too excited that I found it and celebrated with a fist pump to myself instead of punching). What a shame because I even went by on my return to 45 and second guessed myself. Second guessed myself again on route to 46 and and another time on whether I completed the 'chair lift' in the correct order.

I finished the morning with tired legs, warm lungs and a smile so all in all, an awesome morning.

Thanks for an excellent morning!
