Mix of hiking and running from 21 Sideroad bend to Loree and a loop around the top. Back to the car via 21 while Bob did his run.

Started at the top of the Grind (Bob was needed there for UG Series), across the top to Village Way, along the bottom and back up Cascade and finally to the Grind. Hot and slow but it was a run!

Bob saw the famous Anvil (see hammer's log) kicking butt on the Grind climb. Woo.
