I always hate when Bob says the ‘B word’ when planning my training but it’s time to get this party started. 2 months of building BASE. The postnatal binge running was fun while it lasted but the only numbers I’m looking at until January are 115-135. I will be looking oh so forward to Wednesday’s for hill training.
