Saw Bobby off to the start of the LS Coastal Trail and did a little out and back with Hank. Glad we brought the trail jogger because the trails are sandy.

Got through the usual flow for low back and some core while Hanky continued napping. He is also napping as I do my log - something about the fresh air!
Frater Road in my MTB. If years past point in the right direction, this was perfect WT training. Loose gravel climb. Loose gravel descent.

Orphan lake trail while Bob and Hank hiked. Did the full loop back to the car which brought me close to 10km and then ran back to meet the boys at the spectacular beach! Oh my word! We are so lucky to have this beauty in our province!!!

From the beach to the car. Some great trails with some good little climbs.
I wish I had it in me to go back and log the last few months but instead I'll just keep at it from now on. I was missing the data and small workouts that fall under the radar to Strava (which I think are key to understanding how I feel/recover. e.g., not logging hiking, physio/core/stretching/yoga)
