Should have pulled the chute when I woke up. Felt sluggish before I got out the door. Muscled my way through 8km before heading back home. Will take 2 days off and recover properly from BPMR.
Not ideal doing these workouts back to back but I missed Tuesday am to recover.
2k warm 3k @ 10k pace w/ 3min recovery 1k 500m 500m 2k cool Yowza. That 3k was tough but then 1km seemed to go by so fast! Who am I?! 3km felt long! Lol
