I had a quite good race. The pace on the first laps was just cracy! Men and women started together, the women had to do 5 laps, men 10. So not only that I had to fight the men, there were also some pretty fast women who had only half of my distance running around me. After 2 laps the first girl ran up to my side, damn, I couldn't let her pass me, so every time she made a move I went with her, after she finished her race after 5 laps, I had to slow down little bit...it wasn't very smart to to all those kicks with her, but anyway, I can't let a girl pass me!!

After 4 laps I ran up to Hagi, he ran with me for one lap, after that, he dropped out..;-)) On the last half lap I catched Ph. Rist, felt very nice to beat him!

I was just dead after the workout!! It was quite windy, and after the first set my energy level was almost zero! On the last two runs (600m & 500m) I had to fight the youngsters...they came up strong, but I managed to hold them off!

They were supposed to do 20min with me, after 10min I was by my own, I dropped the whole group without even pushing hard. I just kept the pace. (Dolph: I need you!!) Felt very easy, great legs.

ZKBLaufCup GP Dübendorf. 1st place!

I had a very good race, stayed the whole way with a group. Some of the guys got dropped on the last lap, so that we ended up 500m to go with a group of three. I made a very hard kick, Lukas Stähli got dropped, one guy stayed with me. I kicked again and got away!
