Chin-Ups: 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 1x32kg, 1x100 (Low) then 13x BW

Note: Tested some slight maxes today as I was in the mood and it was a lazy Sat afternoon after a busy morning.

Chin-Up: 32kg 3x, 24kg 3x, 20kg 3x, 1x BW Pull-Up (Super Slow)
Swings: 100 (40x ea hand + 20 2hand)
Ab Roll-Outs: 5x

Note: Wanted to do a few DL's tonight to get the groove back as I near the end of the Easy Strength 40 day program. It's been a great ride!

Goblet Squat: 2x5 w/40kg
Mil Presses: 5x 24kg, 3x 28kg, 2x 32kg
Chins: 4x w/24kg, 6x w/25lbs
Swings: 100x (35 each hand, 30 2-handed)
Ab Roll-Outs: 5x standing

Assistance:
2 sets 10x Ring Dips, 10x Band Tri-Ext's, 12x reverse wrist curls (10lbs)
1 set 12x DB curls w/30lbs
