Day 7 and 8.

Note

Sooo I had a bone scan done. No stress fracture in my tibia, but some stress ‘reaction’. Basically, instead of my bone breaking down and building back up like normal, it’s primarily breaking down... no running until I can see the doctor again :(
Until then, OD on calcium and vit D.

Thoughts on xc skiing as a weight bearing activity on lower legs?
