8km warm up with Hammer, then 4x 1km ski intervals (about 3:25-3:30 avg pace) with 30s sprints to finish it off.
First Nordic ski intervals put me in a new level of pain but it felt great to push myself a bit more again! Need to work on rhythm when going faster.
