Bad sleep last night coughing lots and felt pretty awful all day today. Had 2 naps and generally feeling run down. Covid test came back negative so yay! Decided to try the workout anyways and surprisingly felt pretty good. Legs a little heavy, it spirits lifted and ready to grind it out this weekend.
