Exploring some trails (some that didn’t exist) with Nic! Didn’t realize the trails were going to be so gnarly, only had my pumas and ended up rolling my ankle minorly :(
Wasn’t able to still run after and walk around normally after, just hurts to invert. Minor swelling. Let’s hope it doesn’t impact training too much.
